The Playbook for AI Marketing
The Playbook for AI Marketing · 31 October 2026

Terms and privacy.

These terms cover The Playbook for AI Marketing, its free trial, payment, the members’ area and the signed-in learning workspace.

Who supplies the Playbook

The supplier and data controller is Destreza Ltd, company number 17147598, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Destreza is the operating brand used for our account, payment and support services.

What you receive

The Playbook for AI Marketing is an online learning product with practical guidance, prompts, briefs and exercises, together with a workspace for your saved learning and work. The price is £95 in total, in GBP, including any applicable tax. It is a single payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring membership charge.

Your Certificate of Achievement can be issued once you have saved the six foundation tasks and your £95 payment has been taken. If you make an immediate purchase, you pay at checkout. If you start with a free trial, the payment is taken at the end of the seven days, unless you cancel or pay early.

You need an email account you can access, an internet connection and a current browser with JavaScript and essential storage enabled. The Playbook is provided in English. AI assistants and other third-party services you choose to use are provided under their own terms; their optional paid plans are not included in the £95 price.

Seven-day free trial

To start the free trial, enter your email address and card details at checkout. The price, the date of the single payment and how to cancel are shown immediately above the “Start free trial” button, and we keep a record of those terms, and of when you agreed to them, with your free trial. Your free trial starts when Stripe confirms your card. It lasts 168 hours: seven complete days. Your confirmation email and Your Playbooks show the date it ends.

Nothing is charged during the free trial unless you choose to pay early, as explained below. At the end of the seven-day free trial, the single £95 payment you agreed to is taken from the card you added, unless you have cancelled or already paid with Buy now. There is no renewal and no recurring charge: that £95 payment is the only one. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment; Your Playbooks explains if a payment has not completed.

Once you have saved the six foundation tasks (the task at the end of each foundation), you can pay the £95 early with Buy now on the “Your certificate” page in the Playbook. The £95 is then taken straight away from the card you added, your free trial ends, and no other payment is taken. If the payment does not go through, nothing is taken and your free trial carries on. Buy now is not available on free trials started on our earlier checkout.

Check the email address you enter at checkout: it identifies the account that receives access and keeps your work, and it is where we send your sign-in links and confirmations. There is one free trial per person: an email address that has already had a free trial of The Playbook for AI Marketing cannot start another.

Buying after a free trial

If Your Playbooks offers “Buy for £95, all in”, that is a separate, immediate one-off purchase, with an explicit payment agreement. It does not start another free trial. Access is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies success. A payment-return page on its own is not confirmation that money was received.

Keep your sign-in links private. You retain your rights in the work you create. The Playbook materials and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. The product supplies learning material; it does not promise a particular commercial result or replace professional advice about a specific legal, financial or other regulated matter.

Cancel your free trial

Sign in, open Your Playbooks and select “Cancel free trial” before your free trial ends. We confirm the cancellation on screen and by email. If you started your free trial on our earlier checkout, “Cancel free trial” takes you to your account, where you select “Cancel before payment” and the page shows the result. If you cannot access your account or a cancellation does not complete, email hello@destreza.ai with the email used for your account and explain that you want to cancel.

Cancelling the free trial stops its £95 payment and ends free-trial access. It does not automatically erase your saved work. You can still sign in to Your Playbooks and download your saved work; continuing to use the learning workspace requires active access.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If the Playbook is not for you, email hello@destreza.ai within 14 days of your £95 payment and ask for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to the payment at the end of a free trial, to an early payment with Buy now, and to an immediate purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. A refund ends the access granted by that payment; it does not remove a separate valid entitlement.

The guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. Starting the free trial or opening the learning workspace does not waive any statutory cancellation right. These terms do not reduce your rights where digital content or services are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the applicable legal standard.

To exercise a legal cancellation right, send a clear statement to hello@destreza.ai or our registered address. No particular form is required. You may use: “I am cancelling my contract for The Playbook for AI Marketing. My account email is [your email], my order or trial date is [date], and my name is [name].” Include your postal address if you send a letter. See GOV.UK consumer rights guidance for independent information.

You can save or print this page using your browser. Your confirmation email names the terms that apply: aim-card-trial-20261031-v1 for a free trial or aim-buy-20261031-v1 for an immediate purchase. If your confirmation email names aim-card-trial-20261030-v1 or aim-buy-20261030-v1, you agreed to the previous version of this notice. Free trials and purchases on our earlier checkout were identified as ai-marketing-95-trial7-v1 or ai-marketing-95-purchase-v1. Later changes to this notice do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to your purchase.

What we store

Account and security. We store your email, an opaque account identifier, sign-in and session records, and the time those records are created, expire or are revoked. A sign-in link you request works once and lasts 15 minutes. The link in a free-trial or payment confirmation email works once and lasts seven days, and the one that opens the Playbook straight after checkout lasts 15 minutes. A necessary sign-in cookie, pa_session, shared by both Playbooks in the members’ area, can keep you signed in for up to 30 days; accounts opened on our earlier checkout may also use pa_ai_marketing, for up to 30 days. A necessary checkout cookie, __Host-pbaim_checkout, links your browser to your own checkout for up to 30 days, so that we can open the Playbook for you once Stripe confirms it. We store hashes of the secret login/session tokens rather than the usable tokens. Email and IP-derived rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Our hosting provider also processes network information needed to serve and secure requests.

Your saved learning and work. The AI Marketing workspace saves the learning copy you enter or import, including setup, progress, answers, notes and other work held in that copy. This is more than a record of pages viewed. A copy is stored in your browser and, when you are signed in and saving is available, on our Cloudflare-hosted database so you can resume across devices. Saved revisions and recovery copies may also be retained. We can technically access this stored information to operate the service, handle a problem or respond to your request.

You can export your saved work through the product. Cancelling, allowing a trial to expire, or receiving a refund does not automatically delete it. Information you enter in a separate AI assistant or external workspace is governed by that provider; it becomes part of our saved copy only if you put it into the Playbook workspace.

Payments and service messages. We store your order, the terms and payment permission recorded at checkout, trial deadlines, payment-provider references, payment and access status, and related confirmation/reminder records. When you open the checkout, we keep a checkout record: when it was opened, the country your request came from and, unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the campaign labels (utm tags) in the link you followed, which identify the campaign, not you. The checkout record never keeps an advertising platform’s click identifier from the link. If you type your email address at checkout, we keep it with that record, even if you don’t complete your order, so that we can follow up about it. Stripe collects payment details in its own secure interface. Our application does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Resend sends the transactional sign-in, trial and payment emails. These messages do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Support. If you contact us, we keep the message and the details needed to answer it in our business email service. Please include only information relevant to your request.

Why we use it

We use account, saved-work and order information to provide the service you request and fulfil our contract. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users. Accounting and other mandatory records are kept to meet legal obligations. Support is used to fulfil the service or to respond to an enquiry. Checkout follow-up relies on our legitimate interest in helping you complete an order you started; every email we send about it lets you unsubscribe. We do not add customers to a marketing list.

Analytics and advertising measurement. The free-trial and checkout pages, and the page that confirms them, use the analytics and advertising measurement described in Cookies and your choices: it starts enabled unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, each tool has its own choice in Cookie preferences, and your choices do not affect access to the Playbook. While Meta, TikTok or Google Analytics measurement is enabled, our server can also report a confirmed free-trial start or payment (and its amount) to that service, with an event reference so that it is counted once. Meta and TikTok receive your IP address and browser type, their own cookies where they exist (_fbp and _fbc for Meta, _ttp for TikTok) and your email address in hashed form, a one-way fingerprint that they match against their own accounts and cannot read back; they use this as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Google Analytics receives its own cookie identifiers and no email address. The checkout keeps these identifiers with its reference for up to 30 days so that the event can be reported when Stripe confirms it, and they are removed once the event is delivered. Test visits are never reported. The members’ area and learning pages send no advertising events.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@destreza.ai and explain your circumstances. We will consider the request and explain the outcome.

Providers and external content

Cloudflare hosts the service and database; Stripe processes payments, as does Klarna if you choose to pay with Klarna; Resend sends service emails; and Google Workspace supports our business inboxes. They receive the information needed for those functions. While their measurement is enabled, Meta, TikTok and Google also receive the measurement information described above. Stripe also processes information for its own payment, security and legal purposes under its privacy policy. Our application does not send your saved learning copy to Stripe or Resend.

These providers can process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Stripe data-protection terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including contractual protections and applicable adequacy arrangements. Klarna, Meta and TikTok publish their own transfer safeguards in their terms and privacy policies. Contact us for information or a copy of the safeguards relevant to your data.

The learning material contains external links and videos. Opening a third-party site or playing its content can disclose your IP address and browser information to that provider and is subject to its privacy terms. AI assistants you use independently remain separate services.

Cookies, browser storage and retention

The sign-in cookie and saved-work browser storage support the service you request. You can sign out from Your Playbooks. Clearing browser storage can remove local unsaved work, so export it first if you need a copy. Payment-provider interfaces may use their own necessary security technologies. Optional analytics and advertising measurement on our public and checkout pages is described in Cookies and your choices; the members’ area and learning pages do not use it.

We keep account and saved-work records while needed to provide access, recovery and support. A cancelled or expired trial can retain its saved copy so you can export it or resume after purchase. We retain payment, permission and dispute records where needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving a claim. Support and security records are kept while needed for those purposes. Checkout emails from orders that weren’t completed are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Measurement identifiers kept with a checkout are deleted within 30 days. Expiry of a login link or session stops its use; it is not a promise that every related database record is immediately erased.

You can ask us to close your account or delete data. We will assess what can be deleted and explain any record we need to retain, including records required by law. There is no automatic deletion of your learning copy merely because the trial ends.

Your privacy rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Contact hello@destreza.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

An email address and payment information are needed for sign-in and purchase; without them we cannot provide those functions. The content you put in your saved learning copy is your choice. Access decisions are based on verified sign-in and payment/trial status. If you think access has been denied incorrectly, contact support for a human review.
